Real estate isn’t just a job for Cole—it’s in his blood. He doesn’t remember a time when his mother and grandfather weren’t involved in the business, so becoming a REALTOR® himself was a natural extension of his identity.
Despite his family’s real estate roots, Cole hasn’t always been an agent. Before getting involved in real estate, Cole studied psychology at Elon University. He specifically selected this discipline, knowing how helpful psychology would be as he helped clients buy and sell property.
The knowledge he gained at Elon University has been incredibly beneficial to his real estate career. He has a sophisticated grasp of people, what motivates them, and their behavior. This information is invaluable throughout the marketing, buying, and selling process, especially at the bargaining table.
Cole enjoys building relationships with his clients by simply being himself. Openness and honesty are paramount; he knows the bonds he builds with his clients must be based on trust. In Cole’s words, “I try to see each client as if they were a close friend.”
But Cole knows ambition and drive are just as important as trustworthiness. This is why he approaches real estate with determination as well as informed humility. Cole authentically and honestly pursues his clients’ goals with a relentless passion.
As a lifelong resident of Baltimore County, Cole serves buyers and sellers of residential real estate in Baltimore County and the surrounding area.
When Cole isn’t helping clients, he enjoys trail running and playing golf and hockey. He loves watching all sports, including the NFL, NHL, and MLB—you can usually find him in Camden Yards cheering on the O’s during the summer months! Cole is also an avid reader.
