Holly not only helped me search for and buy my first home back in 2012, she helped me sell the home when the time was right. She made the process of buying and selling as stressfree as possible. She responded to all my crazy questions promptly and never once made me feel like I had no idea what I was doing (and I didnt). Holly will spend the time to find the perfect house for you, whether you want chef graded kitchen or good outdoor space, she takes the time to listen and find out what is important to you. Jessica had a challenge and she met it so well. A difficult driveway, house that needed a lot of love, and landscaping. She was such a great resource person too knowing people to help with repairs, etc. Would definitely recommend her

Jessica helped my husband and I purchase our first home in 2014 and then again in 2017 when we sold our home and bought our current one. The two processes were quite different for us, the first home was our starter home and for the most part was what I would consider a 'typical' home buying experience. Our current home was bought as a short sale, something I would absolutely do again only because of Jessica. The process itself was a nightmare and time consuming, but Jess made it bearable and was there to answer any panicked phone calls we had. She went above and beyond anything we could have expected with every encounter we have had with her. Jess is full of useful information about buying and selling. If the need to sell our home ever arises Jess will absolutely be our first call!

Not only did she direct me to a great loan company but also recommended a general contractor, who we hired to do major renovations. Jessica also sold my mothers town home for us.
