I originally met Holly 7 years ago when she helped me to purchase my home in the Hereford Zone. I was unfamiliar with the area and properties and she went above and beyond to help me learn the area. It was such a positive experience. So when I decided to move again, I immediately contacted her to list the property. Her experience in the area and knowledge of properties like mine were unparalleled. She is committed, professional, reliable, courteous, candid and honest. As expected, her marketing efforts resulted in more than 80 showings of my property and a ratified contract within 30 days on a unique property that others may have found a challenge.
